Haryana Post-Matric Scholarship for SC Students 2026-27

An applicant must:

• Be a resident of Haryana with valid domicile documentation.
• Belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category.
• Have a family income below ₹2,50,000 per annum.
• Be enrolled in an approved post-matric course (Class 11 through postgraduate/professional courses).
• Maintain a minimum of 75% attendance during the academic year.

The following students are not eligible:

• Students who have not completed One-Time Registration (OTR) on the National Scholarship Portal.

• Full tuition fee reimbursement along with a maintenance allowance, credited directly to the applicant's bank account after verification.

The applicants are required to attach the following documents at the time of application:

• Aadhaar card
• Passport-size photograph and signature
• Income certificate
• Haryana domicile certificate
• Caste certificate
• Educational certificates / mark sheets
• Parivar Pehchaan Patra (PPP)
• Fee receipt

• Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) on the National Scholarship Portal at scholarships.gov.in.
• Visit the Har-Chhatravratti or Saral Haryana Portal and log in.
• Fill in personal, academic, and bank details.
• Upload the required documents.
• Select the applicable scholarship scheme and submit before the deadline.
